2. Heard.

3. Issue notice to the respondent through ordinary and registered post acknowledgement due as well as by Email and WhatsApp, if available.

4. Steps to be taken within two weeks.

5. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of impugned judgment dated 28.02.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun shall remain stayed subject to the condition that the revisionist-husband shall pay 50% of the total amount of arrears of maintenance within one month and shall also continue to pay the monthly maintenance, as directed by the Family Court, by the 7th day of each month of English Calendar.

6. The amount of arrears and monthly maintenance shall be paid by the revisionist- husband directly in the bank account of respondent-wife after obtaining necessary account details viz. Bank and Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code from the respondent-wife at the earliest.
