Learned counsel for the respondent no.10, has informed this Court that this petition has been rendered infructuous, keeping in view that mine closure plan which is approved by the Geology and Mining Department, has been taken on 22.09.2023.
2. In view of the above statement, this order dated 22.09.2023, is taken on record. This writ petition is disposed of as no further directions are required to be given. The copy of the order be given to the petitioner also.
