JUDGMENT :

(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.) As per the report sent by the Counselor dated

04.07.2024, both the parties have agreed for divorce

under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. Counsel for the appellant says that on

16.08.2024, both the parties have been granted a decree

of divorce by mutual consent. In view of the statement

made by counsel for the appellant, this Appeal is

disposed of.

3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand

disposed of accordingly.
