JUDGMENT :

(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.) Both the parties are present in Court today. As

per Annexure No. 1, the petitioners got married on

15.11.2023. The marriage certificate is dated

26.02.2024. As per the Aadhaar Card of Anshika Bhatt -

Annexure No. 2, her date of birth is 10.10.2005. The

High School Examination Certificate also reflects her date

of birth as 10.10.2005, which is at Page No. 15 of the

paper-book. As per the Aadhaar Card of Rahul Grover,

which is at Page No. 14 of the paper-book, his date of

birth is 04.11.2000. Both the parties are major. They

are present in Court. A detailed representation has also

been made by the petitioners - Annexure No. 3 dated

2024:UHC:7210-DB

28.09.2024 to the Senior Superintendent of Police,

District Udham Singh Nagar.

3. Mr. K.S. Bora, learned Deputy Advocate

General for the State of Uttarakhand accepts notice on

behalf of respondent nos. 1 & 2.

4. Without expressing, any opinion on the merits

of the case, this Writ Petition, at this stage, is being

disposed of by giving directions to respondent no. 2 to

look into the representation made by the petitioners -

Annexure No. 3 dated 28.09.2024, with regard to grant

of protection to the petitioners from respondent nos. 3 &

4, as they are apprehending threat from respondent nos.

3 & 4.

5. Pending application(s), if any, also stand

disposed of accordingly.

6. Certified copy of this order be given to the

learned counsel for the parties, as per Rules, today itself.
