Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions,
wants to withdraw the present appeal since the matter has been
resolved between the parties, and petition under Section 13-B of
the Hindu Marriage Act, has already been filed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents are not disputing
the above fact.
3. In view of this, the present appeal is dismissed as
withdrawn.
4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
