2. Mr. Yogesh Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Ms. Neeti Rana, learned counsel for respondent no.1.
4. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this is a writ petition against the judgment/order dated 30.06.2009 passed by the Labour Court directing reinstatement and backwages.
5. He would further submit that initially the respondent no.1 was appointed as Data Entry Operator for a period of three months and after expiry of that period he was discharged from the duties; that, thereafter, he filed the writ petition before the Allahabad High Court before creation of the State of Uttarakhand, which was dismissed; that, thereafter respondent no.1 filed the application for reinstatement and backwages before the Labour Court, wherein impugned order has been passed, which is under challenge.
6. Admit the writ petition.
7. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the pleadings have been exchanged.
8. Put up on 14.05.2024 for final hearing.
9. Interim order dated 11.03.2015 is extended till further orders.
10. Urgency application (IA No.10966 of 2023) stands disposed of.
