JUDGMENT :

(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)

The appellant has come up in Appeal

against the order dated 30th May, 2024, whereby the

Family Court, Haridwar has dismissed their Application

for incorporating the correct date in the petition, which

was disposed of under Section 13B of the Hindu

Marriage Act.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant states

that both the parties have agreed that the date of

separation was 27th August, 2022. At this stage,

counsel for the respondent has also put in

appearance, and she also states that the correct date was 27th August 2022, from which date they are living

separately.

3. Since this fact has not been denied by both the

parties, this Appeal is being allowed today itself and

in the order dated 30th May, 2024, which is at Page

18 of the Paper-Book, the date of separation in the

third paragraph is being corrected from 27th February,

2023 to 27th August, 2022.
