JUDGMENT :
(per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)
In the present case, the land in question is a
private land, and respondent no. 6 has already issued a
notice on 06.07.2022 - Annexure No. 4, as the plotting
is being done by the farmers in their own land, and
with regard to the procedure to be adopted,
proceedings have already been initiated by respondent
no. 6.
2. The petitioner has not been able to state
what public interest is involved now in this case. Accordingly, this Public Interest Litigation is not being
entertained at this stage, since respondent no. 6 has
already proceeded in accordance with law.
3. The present Writ Petition (PIL) is,
accordingly, dismissed.
4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
