This is an appeal against conviction filed under Section 374 CrPC against judgment and order dated 12.07.2023 passed by learned First Additional District & Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Sessions Trial No. 17 of 2022, whereby appellant has been convicted under Section 302 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life with fine of ` 20,000/- and, in default of payment of fine, he was sentenced to undergo six months' additional simple imprisonment.

5. Learned State Counsel fairly submits that he does not propose to file any objection to the delay condonation application.
6. For the reasons indicated in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed. Delay of 2 days' in preferring the appeal is condoned.
