Present Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, counsel for the respondent no.4.

None is present for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.

2. Counsel for the appellant seeks time to file objections/reply to the Recall Application and Delay Condonation Application as well as to the Amendment Application.

3. The request is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

4. Counsel for the respondent no. 4 would submit that in compliance of order dated 05.11.2019, whereby the Coordinate Bench has granted recoverable rights in regard to the awarded amount to the appellant against the respondent no.4, has been passed, the recovery proceedings has been initiated against him. Therefore, the same may be stayed, provided he may be permitted to deposit the amount as per award.

5. In view of the above, the recovery proceeding is stayed provided the respondent no.4 deposits the amount as per judgment dated 05.11.2019 in AO No. 94 of 2015.
