2. State has sought leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 27/28.01.2023 passed by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Rishikesh, District Dehradun in Special Sessions Trial No. 75 of 2020, on the ground that convict/respondent has been awarded inadequate sentence.
3. As per office report, there is 128 days' delay in filing this appeal.
4. Issue notice to respondent on delay condonation application as well as application seeking leave to appeal, returnable within four weeks.
