JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
Mr. Singh submits that since the new Liquor Policy
has been framed by the State w.e.f. 01.04.2023., the
petitioner, presently, does not press this petition with liberty
to raise the grievance, as raised in this petition, if the need
arises.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the
liberty, as prayed for.
3. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
