3. A correction application has been moved to correct order dated 27.09.2023.

4. Perused the record.

5. It is simply a clerical mistake, which can be amended.

6. Accordingly, Correction Application (MCC No. 1 of 2023) is allowed and the order dated 27.09.2023 is corrected to the extent that in para no.8 of the judgment "respondent no.2" has been wrongly transcribed and in its place "respondent no.1" may be written.

7. Registry is directed to supply the correct amended copy of the order as per Rules within 24 hours.
