2. Mr. P.S. Uniyal, Brief Holder for the State/respondent no.1.

3. Counsel for the revisionist would submit that initially the application moved by the respondent no.2/wife under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 of Domestic Violence Act was disallowed by the Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh on 20.01.2020; thereafter appeal was preferred, which was allowed by the appellate court on 29.09.2021, whereby ` 7,000/- per month for maintenance and ` 5,000/- per month for residence was granted in favour of respondent no.2/wife.

4. He would further submit that he has come before the Court against the judgment/order of the appellate court dated 29.09.2021. He would further submit that the Coordinate Bench of this Court, on the undertaking given by the revisionist no.1/husband, vide order dated 26.11.2021, had directed the revisionist no.1/husband to pay ` 5,000/- per month to the respondent no.2/wife from the date of order of the appellate court i.e. 29.09.2021. He would further submit that the revisionist no.1/husband has paid all the amounts from the date of appellate court's order i.e. 29.09.2021 @ ` 5,000/- per month except of two months.

5. Per Contra, counsel for respondent no.2/wife would submit that there are arrears of ` 26,000/- on the revisionist no.1/husband.

6. Revisionist no.1/husband and respondent no.2/wife are directed to file their Statement of Accounts by way of affidavits with regard to the payments made and received, respectively, in tabular form as follows:-

7. If these payments are made through bank then the statement shall be filed by the revisionist no.1/husband highlighting the dates of payments. Let such affidavits be filed within a week with advance copy to the other side.
