Proposed Appeal along with an Application under Section 378 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed challenging the acquittal judgment dated 31.03.2023, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/VIIIth Additional Senior Civil Judge, Dehradun in Criminal Case No. 3877 of 2016, "Ram Lal Raheja vs. Archna Sharma", by which, respondent no.2-accused has been acquitted of the charge of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
