This C-482 Application was disposed of on 03.03.2023.
On the basis of the statement made by the applicant in Para 14 of the C-482 Application seeking directions for consideration of the bail application, in the light of the judgment of Satender Kumar Antil. The said Para was directed to be extracted, but, the same does not find to be part of the order of 03.03.2023.
Accordingly, the Correction Application (MCRC No. 1 of 2023) would stand allowed.
The direction given to consider the applicant's bail application, would be as per the guidelines framed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the judgment render in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another as reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, which has been referred to in Para 14 of the C-482 Application, which has been observed in the order dated 03.03.2023.
Today's correction order would be read as to be part of the order dated 03.03.2023. Accordingly, the time period granted to the applicant for surrendering, would too remain extended by a further period of two weeks from today.
