5. Learned counsels, at the outset, state that the present Special Appeal is covered by the judgment of this Court in Special Appeal No. 100 of 2023, titled as "Anit Dutt Joshi v. State of Uttarakhand & others", and other connected Special Appeals, decided on 13.06.2023.
6. We, accordingly, dispose of the present Special Appeal in terms of the said judgment.
