Heard Mr. C.D. Bahuguna, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Ravindra S. Rawat, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Sushil Vashisth, learned Standing Counsel with Mr. S.M.S. Mehta, learned Brief Holder for the State on Correction Application (MCC No.1383 of 2022).

Learned Senior Advocate submitted that in the judgment and order dated 26.11.2022, passed in Writ Petition (S/S) No.1417 of 2007, "Dileep Singh vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others", due to the typographical error, in the para no.3, "Since the petitioner is a permanent resident of District Champawat" is mentioned, whereas, the petitioner is a permanent resident of District Dehradun.

State has no objection.

The said correction is being done. Correction Application (MCC No.1383 of 2022) is disposed of accordingly.
