This is an application for correction of the order dated 14.12.2022.

Petitioners have filed an application praying for correction in the judgment and order passed by this Court on 14.12.2022 with the prayer to add the words, "They have been granted Scheduled Caste Certificate by the Tehsildar, Haridwar on 09.01.2004 (Annexure no. 3 to the writ petition)," in 6th line of the aforesaid judgment between the words "16.09.1998" and "They".

A further prayer has been made to correct the order by replacing the word, "Scheduled Caste" in place of word, "OBC," in 2nd line of para 4 and further the word "the SDM," should be replaced by the word "Tehsildar, Roorkee", in 4th line of para 4 of the aforesaid judgement.

The Correction Application No. (MCC No. 1 of 2022) is allowed. The order dated 14.12.2022 be amended, accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of the order be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioners as per rules.
