Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent no. 3 to issue SC caste certificate to the petitioner for 'Jatav Caste'.
iii. Issue any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
iv. Award cost of the petition.
His application for grant of caste certificate has been rejected on the ground that as per the report of the Revenue Inspector, the documents filed by the petitioner were incomplete.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the appropriate Authority by annexing appropriate documents and the same shall be considered as per the judgment passed by us in WPMS No. 3710 of 2018 and WPMS No. 2055 of 2022 on 11.03.2019 and 29.08.2022 respectively.
