                                    Hon'ble Alok Kumar Verma, J.

The proposed Second Appeal has been filed against the concurrent judgment of the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court.

Heard Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the appellant-plaintiff.

According to the case of the plaintiff, the defendants are threatening to cut down the trees standing on his land, whereas, it has been found by the Appellate Court that the existence of any tree on his land is not recorded in the revenue record.

Learned counsel for the appellant requested to grant interim relief.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate to grant an opportunity of hearing to the respondents also even before passing any order on Admission.

Issue notice to the respondents. Steps to be taken within a week. List this case on 21.02.2023 for arguments on Admission.
