Hon'ble Alok Kumar Verma,J.

Present Revision has been preferred against the

judgment dated 30.04.2015, passed by learned F.T.C./Additional

Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO), Udham Singh Nagar in

Criminal Appeal No.64 of 2015, by which, learned Appellate Court

has dismissed the said Appeal, filed against the order dated

17.04.2015, passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile

Justice Board, Udham Singh Nagar, by which, the Bail Application

of the Juvenile in conflict with law seeking bail under Sections 363,

376, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 read with

Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,

2012, registered at police station Khatima, District Udham Singh

Nagar, was rejected.

2. Aggrieved by the said judgment of the Appellate Court

and order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Udham Singh

Nagar, present Criminal Revision has been filed.

3. Heard Mr. Suresh Chandra Bhatt, learned counsel for

the revisionist and Mr. V.K. Gemini, learned Deputy Advocate

General assisted by Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned Brief Holder for

the State.

4. On 31.07.2023, an order was passed by this Court to

issue show cause notice to the sureties of the revisionist. The said

order is recalled.

5. The Bail Application of the Revisionist was allowed on

20.05.2015.

6. The present Criminal Revision (No.132 of 2015) is

disposed of accordingly.
