The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
Mr. Kumar states that since the respondents
have pointed out that the petitioner has alternative
remedy by way of arbitration, he seeks leave to
withdraw this petition with liberty to invoke the said
remedy.
2) The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
3) It goes without saying that the competent
authority / Tribunal shall consider the fact that this

petition has remained pending from the date of its filing
till today, while considering any issue of limitation.
4) Stay application (IA No. 01 of 2021) also
stands disposed of.
