Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant, appearing through video conferencing.
2. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Two defects were pointed out by the Registry. One of the defects has been cured by supplying Bench copy, the other defect namely, translation of the impugned judgment has not been supplied.
4. The said defect is ignored for the time being as learned counsel for the appellant submits that translation of the said judgment would be supplied by him, as and when is required.
5. This is a victim's appeal against acquittal recorded by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions Trial No.128 of 2013. By this impugned judgment, the appellant was acquitted for the offences under Sections 307/34, 452, 504, 506 IPC and Section 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959.
6. Admit.
7. Summon the L.C.R.
8. Issue notice to respondent nos. 2 to 5, returnable within four weeks.
9. Steps to be taken within one week.
