The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
The petitioner has assailed his transfer, vide
impugned order dated 09.06.2023, from Government
I.T.I., Kashipur to Government I.T.I., Askot, District
Pithoragarh.
2) The petitioner has already joined at the
transferred post. In response to our query, learned
counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner
has rendered his services practically throughout, in

Sugam areas. We are, therefore, not inclined to
interfere with the impugned order dated 09.06.2023.
3) The next prayer made by the petitioner is that
his representation may be considered.
4) We dispose of this petition with a direction to
the respondents to consider the petitioner's
representation. We, however, make it clear that this
order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion
by this Court one way, or another, on the petitioner's
case. The petitioner may move the representation
afresh, within two weeks.
