Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 04.07.2022, rendered by Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No. 257 of 2022.

Accordingly, this writ petition is also decided in terms of the aforesaid judgment with direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears of pay, due to the petitioner, positively within five months from today.
