Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)
We are informed that after filing of the present
writ petition, the respondents have released the retiral
dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs. 22,16,382/-
between 07.12.2015 and 02.07.2016 by various cheques.
2. Accordingly, this petition has become
infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that
interest may be awarded to the petitioner for the late payment. However, no such prayer has been made in the
petition.
4. The present writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of as such.
