The proposed revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 against the judgment and decree dated 01.08.2022, passed by the Judge, Small Cause Court/ IVth Additional District Judge, Haridwar in SCC Suit No.20 of 2015, "Shobha Verma vs. Neetu Gupta and Another", by which, the learned trial court decreed the suit by passing eviction decree against the revisionists- defendants in relation to the property-in- question and directed the revisionists to pay the arrears of rent and mesne profits.

Heard Mr. Raghvendra Shukla, Mrs. Manju Bahuguna and Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar, the learned counsel for the revisionists and Mr. Eshan Sachdeva, the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this is a fresh case and requested time for arguments.

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, list this case on 21.10.2022 for arguments on admission.
