The proposed Criminal Revision has been filed against the judgment dated 30.07.2022, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.293 of 2016, "Smt. Neelam and Others vs. Dharmendra Kumar Thapa and Another", by which, the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been dismissed.

Heard Mr. Pawan Mishra, the learned counsel for the revisionists and Mr. Ranjan Ghildiyal, the learned A.G.A. for the State.
