JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)
After some arguments, Mr. Adhikari states that
he does not wish to press this Writ Petition in the light of
the fact that the petitioner's undated representation, which
was forwarded by the respondent-University vide letter
dated 23.05.2022 to the Government, is still pending
consideration.
2. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as
withdrawn. The petitioner's representation may be
examined and decided on its own merits by the
respondents within six weeks.
3. In sequel thereto, pending application, if any,
also stands disposed of.
