This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 07.01.2022, passed by the 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar in Original Suit No.171 of 2014, "Irrigation Department and Another Versus Town Area Committee, Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar", whereby, the original suit, filed by the appellants-plaintiffs, has been dismissed.

Heard Mr. I.P. Kohli, learned Standing Counsel for the State/ appellants and Mr. Anoop Jaiswal, learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the valuation of the original suit was Rs.8 lakh (Rupees eight lakh).

This First Appeal is admitted. At the request of the learned counsel for both the parties, list this case on 25.05.2022.
