Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT: (per Shri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that there are some defects in the
pleadings which cannot be removed, therefore, he wants
to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh
better application.
2. In that view of the matter, he is requested to file
a memo of withdrawal. If memo is filed during the course
of the day, same shall be taken on record.
3. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with
the aforesaid liberty.
