The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue stands covered by the decision, as it was rendered by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 1224 of 2014, Dr. Lalit Kumar Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and other connected matters, on 20.06.2014.

Put up this writ petition tomorrow. The Registry to give information as to whether against the aforesaid judgment any Special Appeal was preferred and if it was, then what were the consequences to the Special Appeal.
