This writ petition was decided by this Court vide judgement on 14.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a modification application to the following effect.

That in para 2 of the judgment, line 4 where "Class IV employee" has been used, that may be changed and corrected as "Assistant Clerk".

Similarly in line -5 in para-2 where "Inter College, Kapkot, District Bageshwar" has been mentioned, it should be corrected as "Rawaikhal, District Almora." In the last line of para-2, the date of 01.04.2005 is being sought to be corrected as 30.03.2005.

Accordingly, in para- 4 in the eighth line from top, the date mentioned as 01.04.2005 is being requested to be corrected and read as 30.03.2005.

Accordingly, the modification application preferred by the petitioner would stands disposed of.
