JUDGMENT
1. The matter is taken up through video conferencing.
2. This writ petition has been filed by Guru Kirpa Education Trust. According to the petitioner, he made a representation to Secretary, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi on 24.11.2020, which is not decided so far.
3.. Ms. Charanjeet Kaur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines her prayer and submits that the Competent Authority in Pharmacy Council of India be directed to take decision on petitioner's representation within some stipulated time.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Secretary, Pharmacy Council of India to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021, as per law, within eight weeks from the
date of production of certified copy of this order along with copy of representation.
5. Consequently, urgency application (IA No. 2 of 2022) stands disposed of.
