This is a defendants First Appeal putting a challenge to the judgment of 25th November, 2021, passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee, District Haridwar, in Suit No. 284 of 2014, Smt. Kamlesh Sharma and another Vs. Raja Raman and another.

Admit the Appeal.

Summon the lower court's record. Steps would be taken by the appellants within a period of one week from today.

List this First Appeal after the receipt of record of the Court below.

Looking to the nature of decree passed by the Court below, it is not a case where an interim relief could be considered or granted because that will amount to be a final decree.

Hence, the Interim Relief Application is rejected.
