This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 12.11.2021, passed by the IVth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun in Original Suit No.60 of 2006, "Smt. Uma Rani Chandana (deceased) through legal representatives vs. Dr. Mukesh Danda and Others", whereby the learned trial court has dismissed the said suit.

Heard Mr. Harshit Sanwal, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

This First Appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the respondents. Steps to be taken within a week. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants requested for interim relief.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, it seems appropriate to give an opportunity for hearing to the respondents also, even before passing any order on the interim relief application.
