2) Interim protection was granted on 16.09.2020.
In the meantime, about one and a half years has elapsed,
so the threat perception might have changed. The Senior
Superintendent of Police, Nainital, to reassess the threat
perception and to pass orders accordingly. The Senior
Superintendent of Police, Nainital shall not attach any
negative weightage to this order.

3) The writ petition stands disposed of,
accordingly.
