Heard Mr. Shailabh Pandey, the learned counsel
holding brief of Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, the learned counsel for
the petitioner, and Mr. Mohit Maulekhi, the learned Brief
Holder appearing for the State.
2. Since the main prayer of the petitioner has been
redressed, and the gates referred in the writ petition have
already been removed, there is nothing to be decided in the
writ petitions.
3. The writ petitions are, hereby, dismissed.
4. Urgency certified copy of this order be issued to the
parties on proper application.
