This proposed Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 12.10.2021, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal in Civil Appeal No. 01 of 2020, "Lokpal Singh Rawat vs. Maneshwar Prasad", whereby, the appeal, filed by the respondent herein, has been allowed and the judgment and decree dated 15.10.2019, passed by the learned Trial Court in Original Suit No.03 of 2013, "Maneshwar Prasad vs. Lokpal Singh", has been set aside.

Heard Mr. Sudhir Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant requested fifteen days' time to file a copy of the plaint and written statement of the original suit.
