The petitioner to the present writ petition had prayed for quashing of the advertisement of 10.12.2021, as well as is also seeking of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature; as against the vacancies by granting them the regular appointment and for the payment of regular pay scale on the respective posts, which had been held by them in the Pollution Control Board.
The petitioner in support of his contention in the writ petition has pleaded, that the issue emanating from the same set of advertisement was decided by this Court vide its judgment of 27.07.2021, as rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No.874 of 2021 Deependra Bhatt and another vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, the matter stands covered by the said judgment is a fact which is not disputed by the counsel for the Pollution Control Board.
This writ petition too would carry the same interim order as passed on 27.07.2021 in Writ Petition No.874 of 2021.
The respondents may file their counter affidavits within a period of three weeks.
List this writ petition alongwith WPMS No.874 of 2021.
