The present Appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 29.11.2022, passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge, Uttarkashi in Special Sessions Trial No.75 of 2020, "State vs. Mandeep and Others", by which, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years along with a fine of Rs.1,00,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard Mr. Vinod Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Balvinder Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State.
