Counter affidavit has not been filed till date. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 states that the respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the judgment of this Court passed on 15.12.2016 in WPSB No.99 of 2015.
Let the petitioner's case be considered in the light of the said judgment and reasoned decision be communicated to the petitioner within four weeks.
In case, the respondents reject the representation they shall file counter affidavit within four weeks. Thereafter, rejoinder affidavit be filed before the next date.
