the passage of time, this Writ Petition, which has been
preferred in Public Interest in relation to the COVID-19
pandemic, has become infructuous. He, therefore, does
not press the same.
2. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as
withdrawn.
3. In sequel thereto, all pending applications
stand disposed of.
