JUDGMENT

By means of the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"1. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to consider representation (Annexure-8) of the petitioner and grant the approval on the latter dated 16.1.2012 (Annexure-5) sent to get approval on selection in view of the Judgment passed in Writ Petition No.2690/2013 decided on 10.4.2014 (Annexure-7).
2. to pass any other order or direction which this Court deems fit and proper.
3. to award cost throughout. "
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with the statement that the petitioner has already made a representation to the authorities
concerned and petitioner still seeks liberty to make a fresh representation on the subject.
4. Permission is granted.
5. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above.
