WPSS No.1249 of 2021
Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J.

Mr. B.D. Pandey, Mr. Mehboob Rahi and Mr. Kaushal Pandey, Advocates for the petitioners.

Mr. N.S. Pundir, Deputy Advocate General with Mr. Sachin Mohan Singh Mehta, Brief Holder for the State.

Mr. Yogesh Kumar Pacholia, Advocate for respondent no.5.

If it is so, why this stipulation that appointment shall not be offered until the decision of the earlier writ petition.

When requested, learned State counsel seeks time.
