CRLA No. 202 of 2021
Hon'ble N.S.Dhanik, J.
Mr. Mohd. Alauddin, learned counsel for the appellant.
Mr. Pratiroop Pande, learned AGA for the State.
Order on Bail Application No. 02 of 2021 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that learned Trial Court has given undue weight to the prosecution version; did not apply its judicial mind while passing the impugned judgment and the applicant is in jail since 16.06.2019.
Per contra, learned AGA opposed the bail and submitted that in their testimony, the prosecution witnesses have proved the prosecution case beyond all reasonable doubts.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties on bail application, this Court is of the view that the offence is heinous in nature. Hence, the bail application is rejected.
List the CRLA in its turn. Meanwhile, registry is directed to prepare the paper book and supply the same to the learned counsel for the parties, as per rules.
