                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner has filed an application under Section 21 (1) (A) of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ Prescribed Authority, Roorkee, which is registered as P.A. Case No. 01 of 2020.

2. By means of this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said case.

3. Since the aforesaid case has been filed by the petitioner only in the year 2020, therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any timeline for disposal of the case, however, the Writ Petition is

disposed of with a request to Court concerned to make every endeavour to decide the P.A. Case No. 01 of 2020, as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
