JUDGMENT
This is landlord's petition under Article 227 of The Constitution of India against the judgment and order dated 11.05.2016 passed by 1st Additional District Judge/Judge, SCC, Rudrapur in SCC Revision No.4/2014.
2. By the impugned judgment, revision petition filed by the tenants under Section 25 of The Provincial Small Cause Courts Act was allowed.
3. Learned counsel for the parties have made a statement that parties have amicably settled the
dispute outside the Court. In this regard, a compromise deed has been filed by the parties, which is Annexure-1 to the Compromise Application IA No.01/2021.
4. Shri Dushyant Mainali and Shri G.C. Lakhchaura, learned counsel appearing for the tenants submit that their clients have handed over vacant possession of the shop in question to the petitioner on 21.07.2021.
5. Since the dispute is now settled amicably between the parties, therefore the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
