                            JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Petitioner has filed a suit for injunction which is pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun and is registered as O.S. No.331 of 2015.

3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the suit.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised the Court that all the defendants to the suit have been served and pleadings have also been exchanged between the parties.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and reasons, writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to decide O.S. No.331 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 18 months.
